Eastern Area Tenants Service is closed from 12pm on 22 December 2021 to 9:30am on 11 January 2022.  If you need urgent advice over the holiday period, you can call the Tenants' Union Christmas Hotline on 1800 251 101.  The hotline is open each weekday from 9:30am - 1pm and 2pm - 5pm, with the exception of public holidays.  You can also call NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20 for information about your rights.
